CELEBRITY IN DEATH by J.D. Robb

GOOD MORNING!!!! Hope everyone is having a nice one..... I just finished my book. Been in a serious slump. WOOHOO!!!! Leaving on Friday morning for RT, I can't believe it.


I just finished Celebrity in Death by the AMAZING J.D. Robb. I LOVE Roarke, and Eve too. I NEVER get tired of their LOVE story. I have a nightshirt that says I LOVE ROARKE!!! I have had it for years, when my youngest started to read he says....that's not Daddy's name....I laughed and said I KNOW!!!!! LMAO........


Their LOVE story, makes me melt every DAMN book..... I LOVE how she writes them together.... JUST FANFLIPPINTASTIC....*SIGH*.....

Lieutenant Eve Dallas is no party girl, but she's managing to have a reasonably good time at the celebrity-packed bash celebrating The Icove Agenda, a film based on one of her famous cases. It's a little spooky seeing the actress playing her, who looks almost like her long-lost twin. Not as unsettling, though, as seeing the actress who plays Peabody drowned in the lap pool on the roof of the director's luxury building. Now she's at the center of a crime scene-and Eve is more than ready to get out of her high heels and strap on her holster and step into the role she was born to play: cop.








After something like 30 books, I STILL run not walk to read this series. Something about it touches me, their funny and romantic and just AWESOME. I ALWAYS have a hard time falling into the next book because I cant put Eve & Roarke away......
