Changing the Game
Book Two in the Play-by-Play Series
Most people play by the rules. Gavin and Liz aren't most people...
Win at any cost. That's always been the mantra of sports agent Liz Darnell. When she carries things too far and risks losing her number-one client, baseball pro Gavin Riley, Liz realizes that she'll have to work extra innings to win him back. It might not be too much of a stretch. She's had a thing for this player's moves since she first laid eyes on him, and by the looks of it, he wants her just as bad.
Gavin's more than ready—especially when Liz is offering herself as part of the bargain. And as much of her as Gavin wants. For added thrills, he decides to throw a little curve ball Liz's way to see just how far she's truly willing to go to keep him as a client. But when love unexpectedly enters the playing field, neither Liz nor Gavin are ready for the biggest game-changer of them all.
Today’s question is what is your favorite sport, either to watch or play and do you have a player you like to drool over???? I LOVE BASEBALL......LOVE...and my FAVE guy...Jimmy Rollins....GO PHILLIES!!!!!!

I love sports romance and am a sport lover myself. Now that it's getting warmer a game of badminton or baseball is in order. Keeping my fingers crossed for this book.

I have been tempted to buy this one, yet am so far behind on what I do have. A sports romance would be interesting given I am a sports reporter who lacks one lol!

Hockey, football, and baseball. I prefer to watch baseball in person, though. It loses something on the tv.
ReplyDeleteSwimming would have to be my favorite sport! I do however enjoy watching the men dive :) whitingkj2002@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteBy far, my favorite sport is college football. War Eagle! My husband and I make a big deal of football season and have cookouts almost every weekend in the fall.
ReplyDeleteThe last time I really watched and went to games was back in 1986. My husband's aunt had gotten tickets from her job to see the NY Mets. Gary Carter was my favorite. I used to work at the World Trade Center and got to see the ticker tape parade. It was a great year for them and it was exciting to see them. Just because I don't watch the games, doesn't mean I don't enjoy reading about the players. I really enjoyed Susan Elizabeth Phillips' "Chicago Stars" series. Looking forward to reading this series too.

ReplyDeleteI love hockey! And I will always love Curtis Joseph & Brendan Shanahan!! Go Blues. I know, I know. But I am still a Blues fan. And these two were Blues when two of my favorite hockey memories were made, they were a big part of them! I have just bought the first book of this series after being told it is amazing about 1000 times.
